Love grazing? This epic Pickle Board features everything for pickle lovers, and building them is so much fun and easy! I love setting out a pickle charcuterie board for guests because who doesn’t love pickles? This is a great appetizer or snack; the best part is that you can have everything ready to go ahead of time.
What is a pickle charcuterie board?
A pickle charcuterie board is a vibrant and tangy twist on the classic meat and cheese platter, spotlighting the zesty world of pickles. It’s a delightful array of pickles, including everything from tangy dills to sweet pickles. But this board is more than just a collection of pickles! I’ve included a great dip, salami chips, and more to give your guests a big selection of nibbles.
Epic pickle board
I make this epic Pickle Board on my 12×24 Big Board. This is the best board for a selection like this, and the raised edges mean that none of the pickle juice will spill over, and no pickles will fall off the board.
This amazing board also features built-in handles, so I can assemble everything in the kitchen, pick up the board, and easily carry it to the patio, dining room, or wherever my guests are relaxing.
I LOVE making boards like this pickle platter! Add whatever you want to them and include all your favorite pickles!

How to make an epic Pickle Board
There’s no right or wrong way to build a pickle charcuterie board. Here’s how I do it:
- Use my 12×24 Big Board, a large platter, or another charcuterie board.
- Drain all the pickles and lay them out on paper towels to soak up excess liquid. Save the jars and juice to store the leftovers.
- Add the pickle dip and the bacon to two small bowls and place them on the board.
- Lay the pickles on the board, keeping the flavors together.
- Add the baked salami chips to the board.
- Add the potato chips to the board, garnish the dip, and dig in!
Tips & substitutions
- Add pickled onions, green beans, or any of your favorite pickled veggies to the board.
- Consider laying down paper towels under the pickles to keep them from getting the chips soggy.
- Have cocktail napkins nearby to help guests with wet fingers from the pickles.
- You can serve this Pickle Board as a grazing platter, appetizer, or for munchies at parties.
Serving suggestions
Having cocktails? Put this easy Pickle Board out with a pitcher of sangria or serve it along with other tasty nibbles like charcuterie skewers, White Bean & Basil Hummus. This pickle platter is perfect as a starter to heartier meals of Summer Spaghetti Bolognese or Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken. There’s so much to love about this pickle platter!
Storage
Return any uneaten pickles to their jars and juice and store them in the fridge. The dip can also be stored in the fridge, and return the chips to their bag if there is any leftover.
