I love a good hummus spread. Today we’re serving a hummus board with three delicious flavors! In just 10 minutes, you can set out varieties of hummus, and create this classic Hummus Board. We serve it on THE BIG BOARD (26-inch board), which is also great for transporting from the kitchen to the patio, or even to take with you in the car.
Hummus Charcuterie Board
Hummus is made with chickpeas (or garbanzo beans), and it’s full of flavor and protein, and with crackers and veggies–a meal in itself. It’s so easy to buy hummus in the stores now, or of course, you can make your own.

- Olive Oil: Use a good quality extra virgin olive oil
- Tahini: Ground sesame seeds are a necessity in hummus. I usually buy it at Trader Joe’s
- Lemon: You have to have lemon squeezed for the best flavor
- Garlic: Fresh pressed
- Salt and Pepper: Finish with a dash of salt and pepper (we love white pepper)
