All you have to do it pop the casserole dish in the oven bright and early in the morning, and you have a delicious hot breakfast for your guests!

I would love to make the Overnight Monte Cristo Breakfast Casserole, but can’t find the Franz Innkeeper Cranberry Orange Bread. Do you know of where I could order that or do you have an acceptable substitute for the that bread. I really think the cranberry orange bread would be delicious. What about a cranberry orange quick bread mix?
Hi, Ken! You could use the Krusteaz Cranbery Orange Quick Bread, although we haven’t tried it. Come back and let us know if it works! Any cranberry orange bread would work! I agree, it really adds to the recipe. You could also use a raspberry bread.
