Make your own Chicken Salad Board with your favorite bread (croissants) and toppings, and our delicious, easy chicken salad sandwich recipe!

Chicken Salad Board with croissants

I love preparing a recipe of my favorite chicken salad, with leftover chicken breasts from dinner the night before. It’s a great snack for a quick bite (with a cracker), or a half sandwich for lunch. Or, better yet, it’s fun to serve on a Chicken Salad Board. You may have already tried our Chicken Caesar Salad in a Jar Board (so fun for a picnic).

In steps Cyndi Kane’s new book, Save it Forward Suppers, where you learn the process of “batch cooking.” Cyndi’s method entails cooking a meal, where half is reheated or used the next night. It cuts down on cooking time and food waste, plus, she has 15 meal plans to follow!
